Site Engineer – Infrastructure

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Site Engineer – Infrastructure with 4 years of experience in infrastructure execution for high-rise residential or gated community projects. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing on-site infrastructure works including internal roads, drainage, sewage, water supply, STP, external electrification, and related civil works, ensuring timely and quality execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise infrastructure execution works for a high-rise gated community including roads, underground utilities, stormwater drains, sewage lines, water supply, boundary walls, and landscaping.
• Review and interpret infrastructure drawings, ensuring compliance with project plans, design standards, and specifications.
• Coordinate with MEP teams for utility service integration (water, electrical, telecom).
• Monitor contractor activities, ensure adherence to timelines, and maintain daily progress reports.
• Ensure quality control and implementation of safety protocols at the site.
• Liaise with consultants, vendors, and internal departments for timely issue resolution and resource planning.
• Conduct regular site inspections, testing, and commissioning of infrastructure services.
• Prepare and maintain site records including measurement sheets, quality checklists, and handover documentation.
• Support statutory inspections and approvals from municipal/local bodies when required.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of site experience in executing infrastructure works in high-rise residential or township/gated community projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil infrastructure components such as RCC roads, paving, drainage, STP, WTP, UG sump, and rainwater harvesting systems.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and site reporting tools.
• Good understanding of project management and execution methodologies.
• Ability to lead site teams and interact effectively with contractors and consultants.

Working knowledge of IS codes and municipal bylaws relevant to residential infrastructure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
