Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Site Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing engineering projects, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. This position requires a strong understanding of engineering principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engineering systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Utilise software tools such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, and Civil 3D for creating detailed schematics and designs.
• Conduct land surveying and site assessments to inform project planning and execution.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure seamless integration of designs into construction processes.
• Prepare technical documentation including reports, specifications, and project plans using Mathcad and Revit as necessary.
• Monitor project progress, identifying any issues or delays and implementing solutions promptly.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on site, conducting regular inspections to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

• A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is essential.
• Proficiency in system design with experience in CAD software such as AutoCAD and MicroStation is required.
• Familiarity with land surveying techniques and practices is advantageous.
• Strong mathematical skills for calculations related to engineering tasks using tools like Mathcad.
• Experience in creating detailed schematics and technical drawings using Revit or similar software is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
