Position : Servicenow-ITOM Experience: 5 to 8yrs Location: Hyderabad ServiceNow ITOM, Expect in CMDB Tables and the relation with in the tables, Should have worked on the CSDM Models Expert in Discovery for Network devices, ESX Server, VMware, Windows and Linux Machines Knowledge about integrating with CyberArk and Mid Server Working experience on configuring Mid Servers. Working experience in Service Graph connectors. Should be a Team player Develop and configure ITOM modules: Including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB. Integrate third-party tools: Such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Nagios, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Create and maintain custom workflows: Using ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide). Support ITOM integrations: With legacy systems and external APIs using MID servers and web services. Troubleshoot and resolve issues: Related to ITOM functionality and performance. Collaborate with stakeholders: Including architects, analysts, and system administrators to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Maintain documentation: For configurations, customizations, and best practices. Assist with upgrades and patching: Ensuring minimal disruption to ITOM services.
