Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable ServiceNow FSO solutions for BCM use cases
• Lead technical design, architecture, and integrations with enterprise systems
• Develop custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine
• Ensure platform scalability, security, and CSDM/CMDB alignment
• Provide technical leadership and conduct knowledge transfer to client teams

Must-Haves

• ServiceNow FSO Banking Suite Certification
• ServiceNow BCM Micro-Certification
• CSA & CAD (CTA Preferred)
• 5+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience
• Strong in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow platform architecture
• Prior experience implementing BCM and IRM modules

Nice to Have

• Experience in Financial Services industry
• App Engine Studio / Scoped Apps / Predictive Intelligence / Now Assist
• DevSecOps environment exposure
