Job Description

Service manager should oversee the operations of the auto service department, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction Key Responsibilities: Staff Management: Hiring, training, and supervising service advisors, technicians, and other staff. Operational Management: Overseeing daily operations, Customer Service: Handling customer relationship team, ensuring satisfaction, and building relationships to encourage repeat business. Financial Management: Managing the service department's budget, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability. Quality Control: Ensuring high-quality repairs by team, minimizing repeat complaints Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing plans to improve service efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business growth. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, manufacturer policies, and other relevant guidelines. Inventory Management: Monitoring and over seeing stock levels, and overseeing the organization of the parts department. Reporting and Analysis: Maintaining records, analyzing performance metrics, and reporting to management. Industry Knowledge: Staying updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices.
