Location: Kolkata, West Bengal Position: Service Manager Industry: Automobile – 2-Wheelers (Honda) Role Summary: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Service Manager to lead our 2-wheeler service operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in customer service, workshop management, and team leadership in the automobile service industry. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the service workshop. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely service delivery. Manage service advisors, technicians, and support staff. Maintain productivity, efficiency, and quality KPIs. Coordinate with Honda for warranty, service campaigns, and technical updates. Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in 2-wheeler service operations (Honda experience preferred). Strong leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills. Technical knowledge of 2-wheeler servicing and diagnostics. Graduate/Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering preferred.
