Position – SM-ESS for Transition Business.

Location : Gurgaon / Manesar

Experience : 8+ Years service Management

Minimum 2 years experience as ESS-SM.

Qualification: Diploma / B-Tech / BE in Electrical / Electronics

Job responsibility:

• Handling Service of Lithium Battery, HKVA Inverter & UPS.
• Monitoring service standards and implementation of service policy.
• Monitoring of TAT1 & TAT2.
• Spare Parts & Standby Products Management with CSC & Team.
• Service Franchisee & CSC Management.
• Revenue Management – AMC, Spares, OOW, Service Accessory Sale etc.
• Regular communication with Customer & SFs.
• Inventory & Revenue Reconciliation.
• Execution of Product + Process Training to Customer & SF Team.
• Coordination between Sales, SCM, Commercial and HO for Closure of complaints , settlement of Approved warranty claims and market feedback
• Day to day monitoring of service team and Call Pendency.
• Customer Audit – Product Usages, Application, Charging & Handling.
• NPS / C-SAT feedback from all Customers and their Franchisee.
• Product & Service Bench Marking.
• Cost Effectiveness & Efficient Team Management .
• SLA Breach Penalty Reconciliation.
