2. Good knowledge of drafting mails
3. Good knowledge of CRM
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Schedule and dispatch service engineers/technicians based on job requirements and locations.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service-related queries and complaints.
3. Monitor ongoing service jobs to ensure timely completion and quality standards are met.
4. Maintain service records, reports, and customer databases accurately.
5. Handle escalations and ensure quick resolution of critical service issues.
6. Ensure timely approval of payments are being made to vendors, service partners and contractors.
