Business Development Executive – Cold Outreach & Bidding Platforms

Glowing Digital is a growing digital marketing agency helping businesses scale through SEO, performance marketing, website development, and content solutions. We’re currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive with a background in outbound sales calls, freelance bidding platforms, and email marketing. Roles & Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential leads and prospects to pitch our services. Create and manage proposals on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour, and Guru . Write customized bids and maintain a high response rate. Conduct cold email campaigns and follow-up with prospects for conversions. Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team to propose the right solutions. Maintain lead tracking sheets and regularly update the CRM. Meet weekly/monthly targets related to leads, calls, and proposals submitted. Participate in online client meetings when required. Required Experience & Skills: Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound calling, freelance bidding, or email marketing (mandatory). Strong communication skills in English (both spoken and written). Hands-on experience with Upwork, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour, or Guru platforms. Proficiency in writing client-centric proposals and handling objections. Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized. Basic understanding of digital marketing services like SEO, PPC, Website Design is a plus.
