SEO Team Lead

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven SEO Team Leader to join our dynamic digital marketing team. As an SEO Team Leader, you will be responsible for driving the SEO strategy, overseeing the execution of SEO campaigns, and managing a team of SEO specialists to enhance our websites visibility and performance on search engines. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SEO, leadership skills, and a passion for optimizing online content to drive organic traffic.

Responsibilities:-

• Lead and manage a team of SEO specialists and coordinate their activities to ensure high-quality work and timely project delivery.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies that meet client objectives and drive measurable results
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and other SEO activities to identify pportunities for optimization.
• Perform on-page and off-page optimization, including content optimization, link building, and technical SEO improvements.
• Analyse SEO performance metrics and create reports to demonstrate the impact of SEO efforts on client websites.

•Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices and share knowledge with the team to improve overall performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, social media, and development teams, to ensure SEO objectives are aligned with overall business goals.

Requirments-

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Excellent knowledge of SEO tools and techniques, including keyword research, on- page optimization, link building, and technical SEO.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to develop actionable insights.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
