SEO Project Co-ordinator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented SEO Project Coordinator to support our project management team in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and budgets. This role is ideal for a candidate with 6 months to 1 year of experience in project coordination, administration, or a related field, who is eager to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and documentation.
• Track project progress and report on key milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
• Organize and attend project meetings; prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure that all necessary documents are properly filed and up to date.
• Communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure transparency and clarity on project goals and progress.
• Support risk and issue management by identifying, tracking, and helping resolve project roadblocks.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance team efficiency and project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a project coordination role.
• must have experience in SEO Projectys handling
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a deadline-driven environment.
