SEO & Social Media Executive – Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented SEO Executive with hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing (SMM) and broader Digital Marketing activities. The ideal candidate will help boost our online visibility, drive organic traffic, and engage audiences across various social media platforms—contributing directly to the company’s digital growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities SEO (Search Engine Optimization):

• Conduct keyword research and implement effective SEO strategies.
• Optimize website content, metadata, images, and landing pages.
• Perform on-page and off-page SEO (including link building and backlink analysis).
• Monitor site performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
• Stay updated with search engine algorithm updates and best practices.

Social Media Marketing (SMM):

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Monitor campaign performance and manage both organic and paid promotions.
• Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, and conversions to inform future strategies.

Digital Marketing Support:

• Assist in email marketing campaigns and automation workflows.
• Collaborate on PPC/Google Ads campaigns when required.
• Contribute to blog content and content strategy.
• Coordinate with designers and writers to ensure brand consistency.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an SEO Executive or similar role.
• Proficiency with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Hands-on experience managing social media pages and using scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).
• Familiarity with WordPress, CMS platforms, and basic HTML is a plus.
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
• Analytical mindset and ability to generate actionable insights from performance data.
• Creative thinking and strong attention to detail.
