Senior UX Researcher

The Senior UX Researcher role is key in leveraging expertise across various research methodologies to uncover deep user insights and drive impactful design decisions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will lead complex research projects that align with current and future business objectives. Your primary responsibilities include providing support to Product Management teams with meticulous attention to detail, researching, analyzing, and documenting findings. You may also coach, review, and delegate work to team members. Leading user research initiatives, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to align research goals with business objectives. As a Senior UX Researcher, you will plan and execute end-to-end research studies, from study designs to participant recruitment, data collection, analysis, and report generation. Utilizing qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, you will unearth deep user insights to drive impactful design decisions. By synthesizing and analyzing research findings, you will distill complex data into meaningful insights that inform product strategy and design improvements. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to integrate user-centric design principles into product development processes. Additionally, you will mentor and coach junior researchers, advocate for user-centered design within the organization, and stay updated on emerging trends in UX research methodologies. Key skills required for this role include the ability to independently manage large projects, strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in interpreting research data, and identifying actionable insights. You should possess leadership and project management skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and a solid understanding of UX research methodologies and best practices. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field or have equivalent business experience, along with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Experience in conducting user research studies, familiarity with data analysis tools, UX design principles, and remote research methodologies is preferred. Proficiency in using UX Research software such as usability testing, survey tools, and web analytics tools is also beneficial. This role offers a hybrid/remote working environment, depending on the location (Pune / Mumbai / Bangalore).
