Job Title: Senior US IT Recruiter (Healthcare Experience Required) Location: On-site/Hybrid Job Type: Full-time Experience: 5+ years in US IT recruiting with healthcare industry expertise Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter with a strong background in healthcare IT staffing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, recruiting, and placing top-tier IT professionals within the healthcare sector, including EHR/EMR, HIPAA compliance, healthcare analytics, and clinical systems. Key Responsibilities: - Source, screen, and recruit high-quality IT professionals for **healthcare clients** - Specialize in roles such as **Epic Consultants, HL7/FHIR Developers, Healthcare Data Analysts, Clinical Informaticists, and Cybersecurity professionals**. - Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. - Utilize **ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, and other sourcing tools** effectively. - Stay updated on **healthcare IT trends, certifications (Epic, Cerner, etc.), and compliance requirements (HIPAA, HITRUST)**. - Manage full-cycle recruiting, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding. - Collaborate with sales/account managers to understand client needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions. Requirements: - **5+ years of US IT recruiting experience**, with at least **2+ years in healthcare IT staffing**. - Deep understanding of **healthcare IT roles, terminology, and compliance standards**. - Proven ability to recruit for **niche IT roles** in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience working with **VMS (Vendor Management Systems) and MSP programs** is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: - Prior experience working with healthcare consulting firms, hospitals, or health tech companies**. - Familiarity with healthcare compliance (HIPAA, GDPR, HITECH Act).
