Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Travel Consultant located in Delhi. The Senior Travel Consultant will be responsible for consulting clients on travel needs, managing travel arrangements, making reservations, and offering exceptional customer service. Daily tasks will include planning and booking travel itineraries, negotiating with vendors, and supporting clients throughout their travel experience.

Qualifications

• Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements skills
• Excellent Customer Service and Reservations skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in international travel booking and itinerary planning is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
• Experience with Amadeus GDS is essential for this role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Indian languages is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience in international travel booking is preferred
