Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Including Coffee & Lunch Break)

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and articulate Tele Caller to join our sales and lead generation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, cold calling potential clients, capturing leads, and generating business opportunities for our services. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a results-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce PANDAeCe’s services.
• Generate qualified leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Understand customer needs and pitch relevant solutions.
• Achieve daily/weekly lead generation and conversion targets.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead quality.
• Provide feedback on customer responses to improve calling strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory).
• Knowledge of any regional language is a strong advantage.
• Prior experience in telecalling, cold calling, or outbound sales (preferred but freshers may apply).
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in speaking with prospects.

Work Environment & Benefits:

• Work from Office Only (No remote work).
• 6-day work week (Monday to Saturday).
• Fixed timings (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) with scheduled breaks.
