Senior Telecaller

Role Summary

As a Senior Telecaller, you will be the voice of TaxWision. Your key responsibility is to generate and follow up on leads, handle client inquiries over the phone, and assist in client onboarding by explaining our services and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases or leads.
• Explain our services such as Tax Filing, GST Registration, Company Incorporation, and Compliance in a clear and convincing manner.
• Follow up on inquiries and leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Maintain a daily log of calls, conversations, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
• Convert leads into confirmed appointments or sales.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• Meet and exceed monthly targets in lead conversion and client engagement.
• Train and support junior telecallers when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience of 2+ years as a Telecaller, preferably in a consulting, finance, or legal services firm.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and [Local Language].
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of tax services like ITR filing, GST, business registration, etc., is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and email communications.
• Ability to multitask and handle client queries with professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce / Business / Finance or related field.
• Experience in a B2B or professional service environment is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
