Job Description

You are an experienced and confident Senior Telesales Executive with 2 to 3 years of experience in tele sales and inside sales, possessing excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a proven ability to convert leads into sales. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers, understand their needs, offer suitable solutions, follow up on inquiries, and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly targets in lead conversion and revenue. You will handle customer queries professionally and effectively while coordinating with the sales and marketing team for campaign success. As a female candidate, you are preferred for this position located in Sector 28, Faridabad. Your role requires excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to handle rejection positively.
