Position: Senior Technical Lead Location: Indore (Work From Office – 5 Days a Week) Experience: 12+ Years Employment Type: Permanent Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred Role Overview: As a Senior Technical Lead , you will drive the technical vision and execution of advanced Web3/Fintech platforms at Hiteshi InfoTech. This is a high-impact leadership role involving architecture design, third-party integrations, and cross-functional collaboration—ideal for candidates with deep technical expertise and strategic leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: Define and execute technical strategies and architecture across multiple platforms. Lead evaluation and integration of third-party tools like Fireblocks, Chainlink, Nium, etc. Manage development teams, ensuring milestone delivery and quality. Collaborate with product, engineering, and external partners for seamless execution. Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with regulatory standards. Represent technology during product planning and investor discussions. Perform technical due diligence for selected fintech and Web3 service providers.
