Good Initiative and logical thinking skills. 3. Good Communication skills. 4. Specialization in steel and RCC structure. 5. Good knowledge of civil construction materials. 6. working Knowledge of Industrial Building in Steel or RCC 7. Hands on experience on Custom section, for Built-up sections. 8. Hands on experience to covert conventional section to cold rolled sheet metal sections. 9. having knowledge of Indian and American code, used in various types of structure.
