The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in overseeing commercial and residential projects. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Project Management : Oversee and manage multiple commercial and residential projects from inception to completion. Site Supervision : Ensure all construction activities are carried out as per the design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and manage a team of site engineers, contractors, and workers to ensure efficient site operations. Quality Control : Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and timely completion. Coordination : Liaise with architects, designers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution and address any issues that arise. Documentation : Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily logs, reports, and photographic evidence. Compliance : Ensure all projects comply with relevant legal, regulatory, and environmental standards. Qualifications and Skills: - Minimum 10 years of experience in site supervision, with a strong background in both commercial and residential projects. - Proven experience in managing large-scale interior architecture projects. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. - Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and blueprints. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
