Job Title Senior Civil Engineer – Building Construction Experience Required Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in civil building construction. Diploma holders with 10+ years of strong site experience will also be considered. Job Location Project site in Uttar Pradesh (UP) Willingness to relocate and work in a high-profile project environment is essential. Job Description We are looking for a Senior Civil Engineer with extensive experience in building construction to join our team for a prestigious project in Uttar Pradesh . The ideal candidate will possess strong civil engineering expertise, practical site execution capabilities, and a hands-on leadership approach to managing all phases of construction. Key Roles & Responsibilities 🔹 Planning & Coordination Interpret and implement structural and architectural drawings. Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to integrate civil requirements into overall project plans. 🔹 Site Execution & Monitoring Oversee day-to-day site activities to ensure timely and quality execution of civil works. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design, safety, and quality standards. Supervise subcontractors and ensure timely availability of materials and resources. 🔹 Quality & Compliance Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards. Maintain documentation such as site diaries, progress reports, quality checklists, and as-built drawings. 🔹 Team Leadership Guide and supervise junior engineers, site supervisors, and labor teams. Foster a productive and disciplined site environment focused on timely delivery. Required Qualifications & Skills Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 8 years (Degree) or 10 years (Diploma) of experience in building construction (Commercial, or Institutional). Proficient in construction practices , material knowledge , and technical execution . Familiarity with IS codes , AutoCAD , and project scheduling tools. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to converse in Hindi is an advantage Willingness to relocate and work in a demanding project environment in UP .
