As a Salesforce Administrator at ConnectWise, you will play a pivotal role in driving the continuous development of our Salesforce deployment. Collaborating closely with functional leaders, cross-functional teams, and subject matter experts, you will identify, develop, and implement new business processes. Your responsibilities will encompass day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and enhancement of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. Key Responsibilities: - Provide meticulous support to the Business Applications team - Conduct in-depth research, analysis, and documentation of findings - Serve as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment - Manage user account maintenance, reports, dashboards, workflows, and routine tasks - Conduct regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades - Oversee Salesforce data feeds and integrations - Coordinate the evaluation and execution of new development requests - Collaborate with institutional management to establish effective processes supporting administrative, development, and change management activities - Facilitate training for new users and promote Salesforce proficiency across the organization - Act as a liaison between users, vendors, and application development teams - Define and document development requirements in collaboration with the user community - Evaluate the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and related applications, systems, and processes Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Ability to work independently with general supervision on projects and processes - Practical knowledge of relevant work area - Adaptability to new technologies and processes as per business needs - Strong project management skills and a positive demeanor - Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple requests simultaneously - Proficiency in problem-solving with a creative and analytical mindset - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization - Demonstrated capacity to design and implement processes and ensure user adoption - Solid understanding of the Salesforce platform, including custom app and object development, formula fields, workflows, and intermediate-level content - Familiarity with Salesforce best practices, functionality, and data management - Ability to successfully drive projects to completion and articulate complex requirements effectively Educational and Experience Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience - 5+ years of relevant experience, with preferred experience in Salesforce CPQ - Salesforce Admin Certification (ADM201 and ADM211) - Preferred certifications in Sales Cloud (e.g. CPQ specialist), Service Cloud, and/or Developer Working Conditions: Hybrid / Remote ConnectWise is dedicated to creating an inclusive work environment and fostering a culture of continuous growth and development.
