Senior Sales Manager

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the real estate industry , particularly in closing sales deals . Key Responsibilities: Manage and drive property sales to meet targets Handle client inquiries and provide property consultations Negotiate and close real estate deals with clients Maintain a strong understanding of the local market and competitors Build long-term relationships with clients and investors Conduct site visits and presentations to potential buyers Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for lead follow-ups Requirements: Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the real estate industry (mandatory) Proven track record of successful deal closures. Strong knowledge of the Bhubaneswar property market is preferred.
