Job Description: Saini Properties is looking for a smart, professional, and dynamic Front Office Executive to be the face of our company. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in a front office role and should be well-versed in handling client interactions and administrative tasks. This role is crucial for creating a welcoming and professional environment for our clients and visitors. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and friendly manner. Manage front desk operations and maintain a well-organized reception area. Handle phone calls, inquiries, and direct them appropriately. Maintain records such as attendance, visitor logs, TA/DA entries of sales staff, and other data entry work. Manage incoming and outgoing communication and coordinate internal messages. Assist in basic office administrative work and coordinate with departments when needed. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in a front office or receptionist role. Proficient in English, Hindi, and Odia languages. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance, polite attitude, and customer-handling skills. Skilled in MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint. Smart, confident, and able to handle multiple responsibilities independently.
