Senior Executive – Unsecured Loans

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process unsecured loan applications, including personal and business loans.
• Assess customer eligibility through document verification, credit checks, and income analysis.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and risk departments to ensure timely approval and disbursement.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall branch/team performance.
• Provide accurate product information to clients and resolve queries promptly.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and loan status updates in CRM systems.
• Build and manage strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct follow-ups for pending documentation or repayments when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of

  3 years of experience

  in unsecured lending or related financial services.
• Sound understanding of credit underwriting and risk evaluation for unsecured loans.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and loan management systems/CRM tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience with NBFCs or banks in the personal loan segment.
• Knowledge of fintech products or digital lending platforms will be an advantage.
