Senior Sales Engineering Manager

You will be taking on the role of a Senior Sales Engineering Manager at our company, based in Chandigarh, India. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the technical sales engineering team, managing customer relationships, and collaborating with product development to ensure customer needs are met. On a day-to-day basis, you will be expected to offer technical expertise during sales meetings, create and deliver product demonstrations, and collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to devise and implement sales strategies. Moreover, you will play a pivotal role in training and guiding junior sales engineers, resolving technical issues, and collecting and addressing customer feedback to enhance our product offerings. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong technical background in Engineering, Sales Engineering, and Product Development. Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Customer Service will be beneficial. Proficiency in providing Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Product Demonstrations is essential. Additionally, you should demonstrate skills in Leadership, Team Management, and Training/Mentoring. Excellent Communication and Presentation skills are a must-have, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with diverse teams. A Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required for this position. Any experience in the HVAC or related industry will be considered a plus.,
