## Job Title: Senior Relationship Executive ## Department: Sales, Business Development, or Customer Success ## Reports to: Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, or Customer Success Manager ## Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our existing and potential clients. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of our products/services, and the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. ## Key Responsibilities: 1. Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to meet their expectations. 2. Identify New Business Opportunities: Identify new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and present to potential clients. 3. Manage Client Portfolio: Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell. 4. Provide Excellent Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure alignment and maximize business opportunities. 6. Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets, and grow the business. 7. Analyze Client Needs: Analyze client needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their expectations. 8. Maintain Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity. ## Requirements: 1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer success, preferably in a similar industry. 3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. 4. Relationship Building Skills: Strong relationship building skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients. 5. Sales Skills: Proven sales skills, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets. 6. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze client needs, and develop tailored solutions. ## Nice to Have: 1. Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the industry, market trends, and competitor activity. 2. CRM Experience: Experience with CRM software, such as (link unavailable) 3.
