About the Role:

Senior IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for IT positions (contractual and permanent roles)
• Source candidates through job portals, social platforms, references, and other channels
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and clients
• Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers regularly
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical roles
• Ensure timely closures of bulk and niche hiring requirements
• Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum

  3 years of experience

  in IT recruitment (agency or in-house)
• Strong knowledge of various IT roles, technologies, and industry trends
• Hands-on experience in

  contract hiring

  and

  bulk recruitment

• Familiarity with sourcing tools (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and meet aggressive deadlines
