The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in recruitment, with a keen understanding of the talent landscape and the ability to attract top-tier candidates across various markets. 📍 Location: Bengaluru, India ⏰ Work Mode: Work From Office 💼 Role: Senior Recruiter - Global Hiring What You'll Do 🎯 Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to source high-quality candidates globally (Primarily in India , with occasional roles in the Philippines and other global regions ). 📊 Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from job posting to onboarding. 🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional business teams across India and APAC to ensure alignment and hiring success. 🔍 Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking events. 📈 Analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and ensure alignment with business goals. 🌍 Build and maintain relationships with external partners, universities, and agencies for talent acquisition. What We’re Looking For ✅ Minimum 4 - 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition with a strong focus on India hiring along with other locations hiring. ✅ Proven track record of successfully filling diverse roles in a fast-paced environment. ✅ Familiarity with sourcing through platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, JobStreet, Indeed, and internal referral programs . ✅ Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. ✅ Exposure to Philippines hiring or APAC/global recruitment processes is desired. ✅ Experience managing multiple roles across non-technical, technical positions .
