Senior Product Director

Job Description

We’re seeking an excellent Product Director ; technically fluent, AI-savvy across stacks. Minimum 4+ years of experience in leading next-gen AI products. This role is ideal for someone who understands the language of developers, is hands-on with code and latest AI frameworks out of curiosity, and can turn complex business processes into technological solutions across domains and organisations. Very least that’ll be expected is familiarity with LLMs, RAG, and vector databases, modern protocols (MCP, AG-UI, A2A ..), LangGraph, OpenAI APIs, Google AI Studio. Understanding of Full-Stack Frameworks such as Django, NextJs & Flutter combined with excellent communication and presentation skills at par with Big Four standards. You'll shape the product vision, work closely with cross-functional teams, and drive execution from zero to one in an innovation-focused environment. Responsibilities Define and lead the GenAI product roadmap and strategy Translate advanced AI capabilities into intuitive, impactful user experiences Collaborate with engineering, design, business, and research teams Stay ahead of GenAI trends and technologies (LLMs, embeddings, vector DBs) Drive product discovery, experimentation, and go-to-market planning Work hands-on with developers to prototype, test, and ship features Communicate product vision and updates clearly to stakeholders Qualifications 4+ years of experience in product management (preferably in AI or dev tools) Strong technical understanding of generative AI (LLMs, RAG, Embeddings, Protocols, APIs) Comfortable navigating code, architecture, and developer workflows Proven success launching high-impact products end-to-end Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Experience leading cross-functional product teams in agile environments Bonus Points Exposure to ML Ops, AI engineering, and AI research workflows Experience with open-source AI tools and enterprise APIs Passion for creating AI first products Why Join Us?
