Job Description

What You’ll Own

End-to-end design for new and existing features across web and mobile products
Create clean, intuitive, and delightful user experiences backed by research and best practices
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data teams to define flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UIs
Bring a strong point of view on design decisions and push for user-centric outcomes
Champion design systems and help scale visual consistency across the platform

What We're Looking For

3–5+ years of product/UI/UX design experience, preferably in B2B or data-heavy applications
A strong portfolio that showcases your design thinking, process, and attention to detail
Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools), along with solid knowledge of UX patterns, UI principles, and accessibility
Someone who’s not afraid to challenge assumptions, advocate for users, and move fast
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and WFO setup in Chennai

Good to Have

Experience working with financial products, dashboards, or workflow automation
Ability to run or contribute to user testing and usability research
Motion/interaction design skills
