What you are going to do:

• Engage with prospective clients through voice calls and virtual meetings to build strong initial rapport.
• Conduct personalized need-based assessments to understand individual academic and career goals.
• Deliver tailored virtual presentations showcasing Aimlays services, success stories, and support structure.
• Use screen sharing and visual aids to clearly explain programs, timelines, and benefits.
• Address client questions in real-time during video calls to build trust and confidence.
• Leverage CRM tools to manage meeting schedules, track follow-ups, and maintain accurate client records.
• Send detailed post-meeting follow-ups to reinforce key discussion points and move toward service enrollment

What we need:

• Any inside sales experience
• Strong spoken English communication skills
• Comfortable with US shift timings
• Highly energetic and interested in rapid growth
