Warehouse Address :

• Manage the warehouse/logistics operations and handle shipment receipts to order management, picking, and Inventory management order fulfilment.
• Making Invoice/GRN/STO.
• Thorough knowledge of SAP and MS Office.
• To ensure the orders received are dispatched accurately and within specified timelines.
• Preparing MIS report (Daily Sales Report/Dispatch Report/Stock report/Delivery report/Ageing report).
• Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities.
• Negotiating freight & finalising contracts with transporters from time to time.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies.
• Implement process improvement initiatives Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Proven work experience as a Warehouse Incharge is plus.
• Hands-on experience with warehouse management software is plus.
• Leadership skills and ability to manage staff Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Ensuring Daily/monthly Stock audit verification is done and ensure maintain zero variance.
• Respond to Customer, Principle company queries in an effective and timely manner.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain organized and clean warehouse facilities to facilitate efficient workflow and safe working conditions.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance warehouse operations.
