Job Summary: The Supply Planning Executive will be responsible for translating demand plans into actionable supply plans, managing raw material and packaging material (RMPM) requirements, and ensuring smooth execution of the planning cycle. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to support timely product availability, including for new launches. Key Responsibilities: Conversion of Demand Plan to Supply Plan - Monthly Translate demand forecasts into supply plans, ensuring production feasibility and alignment with business objectives. SAP MRP Execution - Monthly Run Material Requirements Planning (MRP) in SAP to determine material needs and support procurement planning. Preparation of S&OP Presentations - Monthly Consolidate data and prepare monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) presentations for review meetings. RMPM Tracking - Daily Monitor and track the availability of raw and packaging materials to avoid production disruptions. Indenting for New Launch Products - As and When Required Handle material indenting for new product launches, coordinating with procurement and production teams to ensure timely readiness. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate with 2-4 years of relevant experience in supply or production planning Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel Strong analytical and coordination skills Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
