We're expanding our creative team and seeking a Senior Motion & Visual Designer to lead high-quality content creation for social media and digital platforms. Role Overview The Senior Motion & Visual Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing high-quality visual content, including static graphics, motion graphics, video editing, and supporting video production. This role requires a strong understanding of digital aesthetics, brand communication, and a portfolio that demonstrates excellence across both static and dynamic media. Key Responsibilities Design & develop statics, animated content, including motion graphics, reels, and visual effects for social media platforms, advertising campaigns, and branding materials. Edit video content for brand films, case studies, client testimonials, event recaps, and social media. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to translate creative concepts into visual executions. Lead and support basic to mid-scale video shoots including shot planning, art direction, and visual styling. Ensure consistency in brand representation across all design and video outputs. Stay updated with the latest design and video trends, tools, and technologies to maintain creative relevance. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Animation, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in a creative design or digital agency environment. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and composition. Proven experience in motion design and video editing for social media and digital campaigns. Experience in video production, including shoot coordination and visual planning. Excellent time management and ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A strong portfolio showcasing a mix of graphic, motion, and video work. Preferred Skills (Good to Have) Experience with tools like Figma or Blender. Familiarity with sound design, 3D animation, or AR filters. Understanding of social media trends and content optimization across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
