Senior Motion Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Motion Graphic Designer to join our dynamic creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio demonstrating high-level motion graphics work, a keen eye for design aesthetics, and the ability to conceptualize and execute compelling video content across various digital platforms. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior designers, and pushing the creative boundaries of animation and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and produce high-quality motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, social media, brand videos, product explainers, and other visual content.
• Collaborate with creative directors, graphic designers, video editors, copywriters, and marketing teams to conceptualize ideas and deliver innovative visual solutions.
• Take ownership of projects from concept through execution, including storyboarding, style frame creation, animation, and final delivery.
• Translate brand messaging into dynamic visual narratives while maintaining brand consistency.
• Stay updated with current design trends, animation techniques, and digital innovation to continuously improve design output.
• Review and give constructive feedback to junior motion designers and guide them through execution.
• Ensure all content is delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with project goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of professional experience in motion graphic design or animation.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant design and animation tools.
• Experience in 3D animation software like Cinema 4D, Blender, or Element 3D is a plus.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, timing, pacing, and audio-visual synchronization.
• Excellent attention to detail, creative thinking, and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion design work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
