About The Role:

We're seeking a Senior Motion Graphic Designer with a strong design aesthetic and storytelling ability to craft engaging animations and motion content. You will lead motion projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and create content that captivates and communicates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality motion graphics for digital campaigns, social media, and brand videos
• Conceptualize and animate explainer videos, reels, UI animations, and transitions
• Work closely with the creative team to translate ideas into visual stories
• Stay updated on design trends and experiment with animation styles
• Manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in motion graphics and animation
• Proficient in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop (Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus)
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion design and animated content
• Understanding of timing, pacing, and visual narrative
• Ability to lead projects and mentor junior designers
