Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Design and Buying teams to develop innovative, trend-right product aligned with the Free People brand aesthetic.
Manage the product lifecycle from initial design concept through production-ready samples.
Source and develop fabrics, trims, and materials in alignment with sustainability and cost targets.
Work closely with overseas and domestic vendors to ensure accurate development execution, fit, and quality.
Maintain clear and timely communication with suppliers regarding tech packs, revisions, and approvals.
Monitor and manage the development calendar to ensure timely sample deliveries, fittings, and handoffs.
Partner with Technical Design to support fit sessions and ensure design intent and quality standards are maintained.
Track and manage costing from development to final product ensuring profitability.
Conduct competitor analysis and trend research to support assortment development and innovation.
Identify and troubleshoot development issues proactively to meet deadlines and product expectations.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
