Senior Marketing Strategist

Position Overview: We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Strategist who can think big, move fast, and bring sharp insight to every brand we work with. You’ll be the brain behind how we position products, attract attention, and drive results. From in-depth R&D to crafting bold marketing playbooks, you’ll guide both our team and our clients to success. Key Responsibilities: Develop and lead comprehensive marketing strategies for a wide range of brands Identify the most effective channels, messages, and timing to attract and convert customers Conduct market research, consumer behavior analysis, and competitive benchmarking Translate research insights into actionable strategies and creative briefs Collaborate with creative, performance, and content teams to ensure strategy alignment Continuously monitor campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies for better results Guide client presentations, strategy workshops, and internal planning sessions Keep a pulse on marketing trends, technologies, and emerging platforms Requirements: 7+ years of experience in marketing strategy, preferably within an agency environment Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies across various industries Deep understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels Strong research and analytical skills with an eye for innovation Ability to clearly articulate ideas, strategy, and results to both clients and internal teams Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior strategists Nice to Have: Experience working with DTC, tech, or lifestyle brands Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, SimilarWeb, or other insight platforms A strong creative sense and experience writing briefs for content or campaign teams Show more Show less
