This role will lead the design, development, and deployment of data-driven HR strategies and dashboards to support business objectives. The role focuses on leveraging workforce data and predictive insights to influence HR and business decision-making in areas like talent acquisition, retention, productivity, and organizational health. This role is critical for enabling data-backed people strategies in a fast-growing environment at Clix Capital.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Workforce Analytics & Reporting
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on key HR metrics (attrition, time-to-hire, diversity, headcount, etc.)
Track and analyze HR KPIs across business units and geographies.
Create executive-level presentations with actionable insights.
2. Predictive & Advanced Analytics
Use statistical modeling and machine learning (where applicable) to predict attrition, hiring success, employee engagement, etc.
Build models to optimize workforce planning and succession strategies.
3. Strategic Decision Support
Partner with Talent Acquisition, L&D, Compensation, and Business HR teams to drive analytics for better decision-making.
Contribute to workforce cost analysis, compensation benchmarking, and ROI on learning interventions.
4. Data Management & Governance
Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and integrity across HR systems.
Collaborate with HR tech/IT teams to improve data capture and system integration.
5. Stakeholder Management
Work with senior leadership and business heads to understand data needs and translate them into insights.
Qualifications:
Postgraduate degree in HR, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related fields.
8 to 12 years of experience in HR analytics, preferably within BFSI or NBFC.
Proven experience with HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and at least one analytics language (Python/R preferred).
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
