Job Description

• Assess organizational learning needs through consultations, data analysis, and performance metrics.
• Design and develop training programs that align with business goals and employee development.• Advise leadership and department heads on best practices in learning and development.• Lead the implementation of learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.• Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives using feedback, assessments, and ROI analysis.• Develop career development plans and competency frameworks for various roles.• Coordinate with internal trainers, external consultants, and vendors as needed.• Facilitate workshops, seminars, or coaching sessions for teams and individuals.• Ensure learning programs are inclusive, scalable, and adaptable to changing business needs.• Stay updated on L&D trends, tools, and technologies to enhance training effectiveness.
