Senior Java Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java applications using Spring Boot.
• Implement and optimize multithreaded processes in large-scale systems.
• Integrate, monitor, and troubleshoot applications using

  ELK Stack

  .
• Work with CI/CD pipelines, preferably using

  Concourse

  .
• Lead and mentor a team of developers; ensure adherence to coding standards and quality guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7 to 10 years

  of experience in

  Java

  and

  Spring Boot

  development.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with

  Java Multithreading

  .
• Good exposure to

  ELK Stack

  (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) and its APIs.
• Experience with

  CI/CD infrastructure

  ;

  Concourse

  is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and interact directly with clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
