Job Overview

The Senior Interior Designer position is a full-time, mid-level role based in Hyderabad. We seek a creative and experienced professional with a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of work experience in interior design. The candidate will have the opportunity to lead projects, working closely with clients to bring their visions to life.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory skill) to create detailed floor plans and technical drawings for construction.
• Experience with 3D Rendering (Mandatory skill) for visualizing spaces and assisting clients in seeing the final concept.
• Competency in Revit (Mandatory skill) for building information modeling to create and manage digital representations of places.
• Exceptional ability in Client Presentation to effectively communicate design ideas and rationale to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Modular furniture systems for efficient and flexible design solutions tailored to client needs.
• Strong Project Management skills to oversee all phases of design projects from inception to completion.
• Creative problem-solving skills to identify design issues and develop practical solutions while maintaining aesthetic integrity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead interior design projects from concept through to completion, ensuring all design objectives are met.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences to develop tailored design solutions.
• Create detailed plans and layouts using AutoCAD, ensuring precision in architectural and structural details.
• Utilize 3D rendering techniques to produce visual presentations and aid clients in conceptual decision-making.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of design plans.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects stay on track and within financial parameters.
• Present design proposals to clients, incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments to align with client vision.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations in interior design to inform project approach and enhance outcomes.
