Description We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in inside sales, possess excellent communication skills, and be passionate about generating new business opportunities. Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts. Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new market trends. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
