Job Description

Senior HR Manager

Location

Experience

Key Responsibilities:

Lead HR operations & strategy across hiring, L&D, performance, and engagement
Ensure 100%
compliance
with PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, Bonus, Factories Act, and more
Manage statutory filings, audits, registers, and inspections
Oversee
POSH
compliance and the Internal Complaints Committee
Draft and enforce HR policies and labor law updates
Liaise with government authorities during inspections
Prepare reports and conduct regular audits

You’ll Excel If You Have:

Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Law, or Business Administration
Strong command of Indian labor laws
Experience working in
manufacturing setups
with a
large workforce
Familiarity with tools like SAP SuccessFactors, GreytHR, Zoho People
A proactive, ethical, and hands-on leadership approach
