Senior Human Resources Manager

The Senior HR Manager position based in Ahmedabad requires 10 to 15 years of experience, with a preference for global level experience and SAP software knowledge. You will be joining a third-generation healthcare manufacturing group that provides end-to-end CDMO services in various sectors and operates globally with facilities in India, Ireland, and South Africa. Your responsibilities will include developing recruitment strategies to attract professionals in manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and commercial roles. You will utilize HR software, particularly SAP, for managing recruitment workflows and conducting interviews and skill assessments to ensure role fit and cultural alignment. Collaborating with leadership, you will work towards fostering a collaborative and performance-driven culture aligned with the company's values. Implementing feedback loops and engagement programs suitable for a mid-sized setup will be crucial, along with promoting a respectful and inclusive workplace environment. You will oversee onboarding processes, ensuring smooth integration of new employees, and establish structured learning paths and performance evaluation systems aligned with business objectives. Supporting career growth initiatives through training and mentorship programs will also be part of your role. In terms of HR metrics and reporting, you will track hiring, turnover, and engagement indicators to inform ongoing HR strategies and prepare concise reports for management to evaluate progress on HR initiatives. Occasional travel to nearby manufacturing sites and offices may be required to support HR operations.
