Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr. International Counsellor - Edtech - US Sales, located in Delhi. The Sr. International Counsellor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction, engaging effectively with clients to understand their educational needs, and guiding them through the application and enrollment process. Daily tasks include conducting consultations, following up with potential students, managing client communications, and collaborating with the sales team to meet targets. Organizational skills are essential to manage multiple client cases and ensure a smooth, efficient process.
