Our Senior Home Lending Specialists are the type of people who thrive on creating long-lasting relationships. They know how to ask the right questions to deliver appropriate lending solutions and build trust, confidence, and advocacy in every interaction.Whether a customer is buying their first or second home, investing in a property, refinancing, building, or renovating; you will be there to deliver the right solutions at the right time and trusted to make the experience great for them.

More specifically you will:

• Provide support and advice to customers to help them achieve their home buying dreams
• Complete first interviews and appointments with prospective home buyers to determine suitable lending solutions, and submitting applications
• Develop your business by building and maintaining internal and external referral sources, and seeking external referrals from existing customers
• Adhere to the Bank’s processes, procedures, and Code of Conduct, including accurately reviewing customers’ financial positions, completing security checks, and ensuring applications comply with our obligations
• Attend regular coaching sessions to develop your lending knowledge and skills, and coaching your branch colleagues on best practice
  

We're interested in hearing from people who have:

• Experience in a similar home lending role from within a bank or mortgage broker environment
• Demonstrated business development success
• A well-developed knowledge of home lending products and the current responsible lending legislation
