Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to lead our design team and create visually stunning designs that drive results. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, excellent design skills, and experience leading design teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design high-quality visual content for various channels, including digital, print, and social media

- Lead and mentor junior designers to ensure design quality and consistency

- Develop and implement design strategies that align with business goals

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and creative

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in graphic design

- Strong portfolio showcasing design expertise

- Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

- Excellent design skills, including typography, color theory, and composition

- Strong leadership and communication skills

Nice to Have:

- Experience with UI/UX design

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

- Familiarity with design systems and style guides
